NICOLA PALMA COMPANY PROFILE
Our Farm specializes in the production of herbs, located on the edge of the Cilento National Park, a place where “officinalis”, thanks a favorable climate, have always accompanied by local culinary traditions. The company was founded with the aim to raise awareness of the aroma and flavours of this region, backed by the wealth of experience of the founder in the gastronomic field. The founder has for years been committed to the selection of the variety and method of farming these herbs, to ensure transparency in the product that consumers can recognize the origin, without neglecting the quality.
The family run company gives the assurance of research and quality of the products, joined by the addition of young talent that has brought innovations in keeping with family traditions, making sure that the company "think globally while respecting the local traditions". We farm on 45 hectares of land , on which we grow many species of aromatic herbs, this enables us to have the product available all the year round . Production is not everything, in the last few years, the company has integrated a method of packaging in containers to ensure quality and adequate “shelf life”.
